4. Build and maintain relationships with pet owners by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with the grooming services.

6. Notify store management of any necessary grooming supplies or equipment that need to be restocked.
7. Adhere to all safety and company policies and procedures, including proper handling of animals and safe use of grooming equipment.
8. Assist in scheduling grooming appointments and managing the grooming schedule to ensure efficient use of time.
9. Communicate effectively with store management and team members to provide updates on grooming services and any issues that may arise.
10. Participate in training and development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in grooming and customer service.
11. Provide a positive and welcoming experience for customers and their pets, making them feel comfortable and relaxed during the grooming process.
12. Maintain accurate records of grooming appointments, services provided, and any customer feedback.
13. Handle any customer complaints or concerns regarding grooming services promptly and professionally.
