5. Maintain a clean and safe grooming environment for both pets and staff.
6. Ensure all grooming equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.
7. Attend to pet's physical and emotional needs during grooming appointments.
8. Monitor pet's behavior and health during grooming and report any concerns to management.
9. Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pet's grooming experience.
10. Stay up-to-date on grooming techniques and industry trends.
11. Assist with scheduling grooming appointments and managing grooming supplies.
12. Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service.
13. Handle cash and credit transactions for grooming services.
