  1. Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for consumable products to ensure high quality and value for customers.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  3. Manage relationships with existing suppliers and continuously evaluate their performance.
  4. Identify new sourcing opportunities and potential cost savings initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient sourcing of products.
  6. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of products.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to sourcing and supply chain management.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  9. Implement and maintain processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  10. Analyze and report on sourcing metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Participate in budget planning and cost control efforts.
  12. Provide leadership and guidance to sourcing team members.
  13. Stay updated on best practices and innovations in global sourcing and incorporate them into strategies.
  14. Ensure all sourcing activities are in line with company values and ethical standards.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of sourcing strategies and make adjustments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Global Sourcing, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of International Trade Laws, Regulations, And Customs Procedures.

  • Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Vendors.

  • Proven Track Record Of Cost Savings And Process Improvements In A Global Sourcing Environment.
