  1. Design and deliver personalized training programs for dogs and their owners, utilizing positive reinforcement techniques and a deep understanding of canine behavior.
  2. Conduct individual and group training sessions with dogs and their owners, providing hands-on instruction and guidance.
  3. Assess and evaluate each dog's unique needs and create customized training plans to address behavioral issues and improve obedience.
  4. Educate and advise pet owners on effective training methods and techniques to improve their relationship with their dogs.
  5. Maintain a safe and clean training environment for both dogs and owners, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest training methods and techniques, and incorporate them into training programs as needed.
  7. Document and track each dog's progress and behavior, and provide regular updates to owners.
  8. Communicate effectively with pet owners, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.
  9. Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
