Job Description

Are you passionate about licensing and have a love for animals? Petco is searching for a Coordinator to join our Corporate Licensing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of our licensing program, ensuring that our brand partners and products align with our company values and standards. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is enthusiastic about collaborating with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with our partners.   1. Manage and execute all aspects of the company's licensing program.
  2. Ensure brand partners and products align with company values and standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement licensing strategies.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners.
  5. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new licensing opportunities.
  6. Negotiate and finalize licensing agreements with brand partners.
  7. Monitor and track licensing agreements to ensure compliance.
  8. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of all licensed products and partners.
  9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate communication of licensing information.
  10. Handle all administrative tasks related to licensing, such as maintaining records and processing payments.
  11. Stay informed on legal and regulatory requirements related to licensing.
  12. Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of the licensing program and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Participate in industry events and conferences to stay current with industry developments and network with potential partners.
  14. Train and educate internal teams on licensing processes and procedures.
  15. Respond to inquiries and resolve any issues related to licensing.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
