  1. Greet and welcome customers to Petco in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.
  3. Operate cash register and complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking merchandise and cleaning counters.
  5. Educate customers on Petco's products and services, including pet nutrition, grooming, and training options.
  6. Manage customer returns and exchanges, following company policies and procedures.
  7. Adhere to all cash handling and inventory procedures.
  8. Maintain a strong knowledge of current promotions, sales, and discounts.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Petco by promoting the company's mission and values.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  11. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  13. Attend training sessions and stay updated on new products and services offered by Petco.
