Manage and/or Supervise a variety of Architectural and Design responsibilities, assisting Director Architectural Services with prototype initiatives including but not limited to budgets & design research. Assist the Architectural Design Manager with prototype value engineering and design improvement. Establish, update and maintain Consultants, Contractors, and Vendor Lists. Manage Vendor contracts, including NDA’s and track pricing for National Account Vendors and Consultants. Research Architectural and Design elements, providing options for approval by Director of Architectural Services. Coordinate and manage vendor surveys for use by Store Design and Architectural/Engineering Consultants. Maintain current knowledge and acute interest in design for architectural and engineering services, energy initiatives, space planning and general building design and site development.
