7. Offer exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions from customers.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in aquatic care.
9. Train and mentor new team members on proper care and handling of aquatic animals.
10. Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer interactions.
11. Act as a brand ambassador for Petco by upholding company values and promoting responsible pet ownership.
12. Continuously assess and improve the aquatic department's operations and appearance.
13. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of customers, animals, and team members.
14. Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
15. Take responsibility for the proper handling and care of all aquatic animals in the store.
