6. Ensure that all animal areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
7. Handle any customer inquiries or concerns regarding animal care in a professional and compassionate manner.
8. Maintain accurate records of animal care and behavior, including any medical treatments or incidents.
9. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to animal care.
10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in animal care, and make recommendations for improvements to our current practices.
11. Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve animal welfare and customer satisfaction.
12. Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude towards both team members and animals.
13. Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating animal care staff.
14. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of animal care supplies.
