6. Develop and implement care plans for animals with special needs or medical conditions, working closely with our veterinary team.
7. Oversee the adoption process, including conducting interviews with potential adopters and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
8. Communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about our animals or services.
9. Manage inventory and ordering supplies as needed for the animal care department.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in animal care, and implement new ideas and techniques to continually improve our services.

12. Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among all team members.
