8. Manage and track inventory of necessary supplies and equipment for animal care.
9. Assist with scheduling and organizing daily tasks for the animal care team.
10. Collaborate with other departments, such as grooming and training, to provide a comprehensive pet care experience for customers.
11. Handle any escalated customer complaints or issues related to animal care.
12. Maintain accurate records of animal health, behavior, and any incidents.
13. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in animal care and share knowledge with the team.
14. Conduct performance evaluations for animal care associates and provide feedback and coaching for improvement.
