3. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all animals, including regular cleaning and disinfection of cages, tanks, and play areas.
4. Monitor and report any signs of illness or injury in animals to the appropriate supervisor.
5. Assist customers with their purchases and provide knowledgeable recommendations on products and services for their pets.
6. Handle animal adoptions, including conducting interviews, completing paperwork, and facilitating introductions between animals and potential adopters.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of animal care, including feeding schedules, medical treatments, and behavior observations.
8. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and maintaining adequate levels of supplies for animal care.
9. Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing and resolving any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
