10. Follow all store policies and procedures, including those related to animal welfare and safety.
11. Attend training and educational sessions to continuously improve animal care knowledge and skills.
12. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
13. Maintain accurate records of animal health, behavior, and customer interactions.
14. Assist with adoption events and provide support to potential adopters.
