6. Work closely with the store team to ensure all animals are receiving proper care and attention.
7. Handle and restrain animals in a safe and gentle manner.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of both animals and staff.
9. Keep the animal living areas clean and organized at all times.
10. Continuously educate yourself on the latest animal care practices and products.
11. Assist with training new team members on proper animal care procedures.
12. Proactively identify and address any potential health or behavioral issues in animals.
13. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
