
Special Event Assistant
The Special Event Assistant will assist the events team with daily operations and functions of the department.
- Answer main event line and handle questions and concerns from callers.
- Assume responsibilities including office coverage, producing printed event materials including place cards, name tags, directional signs, posters, etc.
- Attend weekly meetings with supervisor and/or coworkers to discuss job responsibilities and development topics.
- Supervise student workers including interviewing, training, scheduling and work coordination.
Ability to work effectively with individuals from different backgrounds
2 years office and event experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged information at all times
