- Teach courses within the online PGBS program, delivering high-quality instruction and engaging students in meaningful learning experiences.
- Create and implement course materials, including syllabi, lectures, assignments, and assessments, that align with program objectives and meet academic standards.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment by promoting open communication, respect, and diversity among students and colleagues.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their academic performance and progress.
- Stay current with industry developments and incorporate relevant and up-to-date content into course materials and instruction.
- Maintain regular communication with program leadership and participate in faculty meetings and trainings.
- Adhere to all university policies and procedures, including those related to grading, attendance, and academic integrity.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to continuously improve course materials and instructional strategies.
- Serve as a mentor and resource to students, providing guidance and support in their academic and professional development.
- Represent Pepperdine University and its mission to integrate faith and values in all aspects of teaching and interaction with students.
A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Of Study, Such As Business, Education, Or Psychology.
Previous Experience Teaching In An Online Or Distance Learning Format.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Students In A Virtual Environment.
Demonstrated Expertise In The Subject Area, As Evidenced By Professional Experience, Publications, Or Relevant Certifications.
