Job Description

  1. Administer and manage all aspects of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and other voluntary benefits.
  2. Stay current with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to benefits administration.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with benefit providers, vendors, and third-party administrators to negotiate competitive rates and resolve any issues that may arise.
  4. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement new and innovative benefit programs that align with the company's goals and values.
  5. Educate and assist employees in understanding their benefit options, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding benefits, providing prompt and courteous support and guidance.
  7. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records related to benefits, including enrollment and claims data.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy of benefit plans and records.
  9. Prepare and distribute benefits-related communications and materials to employees, including open enrollment materials and plan summaries.
  10. Coordinate and conduct benefits orientation sessions for new employees.
  11. Collaborate with payroll and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit-related transactions.
  12. Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures related to benefits.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of benefits administration processes.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR leadership team.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of benefits administration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably With A Focus On Benefits Administration.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Such As Fmla, Ada, And Erisa.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Simultaneously.
