
Assistant Director, Digital Engagement

- Develop and implement digital engagement strategies to enhance the university's online presence.
- Create and manage digital content across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the university's website.
- Monitor and analyze digital metrics to measure the success of engagement strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding across digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and higher education to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the university's digital platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of content.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
- Train and educate university staff on best practices for digital engagement and provide support as needed.
- Represent the university at events and conferences to promote digital engagement efforts.
- Serve as a liaison between the university and external partners, such as advertising agencies and vendors.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Digital Marketing Or Social Media Management.
Strong Understanding Of Current Digital Trends And Best Practices For Engaging Audiences.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Effective Digital Campaigns.
Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting To Track And Measure The Success Of Digital Engagement Efforts.
