You will work closely with our warehouse team, publishers, and external vendors to monitor stock levels, coordinate shipments, and conduct quality checks on our products.We are looking for a highly organized and proactive candidate with a strong understanding of inventory management and quality assurance processes.   1. Monitor stock levels and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery of products.
  2. Conduct quality checks on incoming stock to ensure it meets company standards.
  3. Work closely with warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory records.
  4. Collaborate with publishers and external vendors to resolve any inventory or quality issues.
  5. Develop and maintain quality control procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  6. Communicate with various departments to provide updates on stock levels and quality control processes.
  7. Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or product quality.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  9. Proactively identify potential inventory or quality control issues and implement solutions.
  10. Train and supervise new employees on stock management and quality assurance processes.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for inventory management and quality control.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and accuracy in stock control and quality assurance processes.
  13. Implement and maintain systems for tracking and reporting on inventory and quality control metrics.
  14. Assist with any other duties related to stock management and quality control as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Stock Control And Quality Assurance In A Publishing Or Distribution Environment.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Address Issues In Inventory Management And Quality Control Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficient In Inventory Management Software And Microsoft Excel To Track And Analyze Inventory Levels And Quality Data.
