  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for Penguin Random House's books and authors.
  2. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Goodreads.
  3. Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments to ensure the company's social media presence remains fresh and relevant.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute social media campaigns for book launches, author events, and other promotions.
  5. Respond to comments and messages on social media channels in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and interactive community.
  6. Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on the performance of social media campaigns, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  7. Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for social media growth and engagement.
  8. Actively engage with book bloggers, influencers, and authors to build relationships and increase reach and engagement on social media.
  9. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting to maximize ROI.
  10. Collaborate with the marketing and publicity teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels.
  11. Train and mentor junior social media team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
  12. Stay up-to-date on Penguin Random House's publishing list and actively promote new and upcoming releases on social media.
  13. Monitor and report on competitor social media activity and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues on social media, working with relevant teams to resolve them.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve social media processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field
