We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate, Digital Marketing to join Penguin Random House's dynamic Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering exceptional digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement.This is an exciting opportunity to shape and execute digital marketing campaigns for a renowned global publisher. The Senior Associate, Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing strategies and plans across all channels, including social media, email, website, and other digital platforms.The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, the ability to think strategically, and experience in developing and executing campaigns. Candidates should be self-starters who demonstrate an ability to work independently and collaboratively. The Senior Associate, Digital Marketing will also have a passion for books and the publishing industry.To be considered for this role, you must have:- At least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing- Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and other digital platforms- Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively- Passion for books and the publishing industryIf you are passionate about digital marketing and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage digital marketing strategies and plans across all channels, including social media, email, website, and other digital platforms.
  2. Execute digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement.

  4. Collaborate with internal teams to produce content that increases engagement and drives conversions.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and provide recommendations accordingly.
  6. Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  8. Maintain budgets and track performance metrics.
  9. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
  10. Develop and implement testing strategies to optimize digital campaigns.
