  1. Design and implement network solutions to support the organization’s operations and objectives.
  2. Monitor and maintain network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary changes and upgrades.
  3. Ensure network security and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  4. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and communication between different systems and networks.
  5. Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and procedures.
  6. Research and evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
  7. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other IT teams.
  8. Participate in network infrastructure planning and budgeting.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve network performance and security.
  10. Communicate technical information and updates to non-technical stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure efficient and effective network services.
  12. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and troubleshooting.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
  14. Train and mentor junior network engineers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  15. Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve organizational goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Network Engineering And Administration.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Networking Protocols, Including Tcp/Ip, Dns, Dhcp, And Vpn.

  • Experience With Network Security, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Data Encryption.

  • Excellent Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Analyze And Resolve Complex Network Issues.
