- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure marketing strategies are effective and relevant.
- Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
- Collaborate with authors, editors, and sales teams to create marketing plans that align with overall publishing goals.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize marketing impact.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, bookstores, and other industry partners to increase visibility for Penguin Random House authors and titles.
- Conduct market research and gather consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about competitor activity and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the publishing industry and its trends to inform marketing decisions.
- Represent Penguin Random House at industry events and conferences.
- Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities and partnerships to expand the reach of our authors and titles.
- Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the company's values.
- Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes and strategies to drive success and growth for Penguin Random House.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Marketing, Preferably In The Publishing Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Abilities.
Proven Track Record Of Developing Successful Marketing Campaigns And Driving Sales Growth.
