As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with key accounts across the country.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales and increase revenue for the company.
  2. Strategize and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services to clients.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and stay ahead of the market.
  6. Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of performance and achievement of goals.
  7. Communicate and negotiate with key accounts to secure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  8. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and publicity teams to develop and execute effective campaigns to promote products to key accounts.
  10. Manage and track budgets and expenses related to national accounts activities.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of the national accounts team.
  12. Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and act as a brand ambassador for Penguin Random House.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Publishing Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing National Accounts And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Accounts.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Abilities, With Experience Managing A Team And Developing Strategic Sales Plans.
