  1. Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and improve financial performance.
  2. Collaborate with senior financial analysts to gather and analyze financial data, identify trends, and prepare reports.
  3. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  4. Monitor and track financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
  6. Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  7. Develop and maintain financial models for various business scenarios.
  8. Communicate financial insights and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
  9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to different areas of the business.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion.
