As the HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our HR processes and implementing new systems to support our growing organization. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in HRIS management, possesses a strong technical acumen, and has a passion for improving efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace.   1. Manage and maintain all aspects of the company's HRIS, including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting issues.
  2. Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy within the HRIS.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities for system improvements.
  4. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRIS-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate support to internal stakeholders.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR technology to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
  7. Train and educate HR team members on HRIS processes and functionalities to ensure optimal system utilization.
  8. Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
  9. Participate in system testing and assist with the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
  10. Analyze HRIS data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and decision-making.
  11. Ensure the security and confidentiality of all HRIS data and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations.
  12. Proactively identify and resolve system issues and escalate to appropriate parties when necessary.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
  14. Collaborate with external vendors and manage relationships to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
  15. Contribute to the overall HR strategy by providing insights and recommendations based on HRIS data analysis.

Job Qualifications
