- Manage and maintain all aspects of the company's HRIS, including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting issues.
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy within the HRIS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities for system improvements.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRIS-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate support to internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR technology to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Train and educate HR team members on HRIS processes and functionalities to ensure optimal system utilization.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Participate in system testing and assist with the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Analyze HRIS data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and decision-making.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all HRIS data and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Proactively identify and resolve system issues and escalate to appropriate parties when necessary.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Collaborate with external vendors and manage relationships to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
- Contribute to the overall HR strategy by providing insights and recommendations based on HRIS data analysis.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hris Administration And Support.
Proficient In Hris Systems Such As Workday, Oracle, Or Sap.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.
