  1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the global publishing industry.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company's goals and vision.
  3. Support senior leadership in evaluating potential partnerships, acquisitions, and investments.
  4. Monitor and track industry developments and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
  6. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize global business operations and drive growth.
  7. Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate strategic plans and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and digital trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  9. Assist in budget planning and forecasting for global initiatives.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the global strategy team.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Penguin Random House, representing the company's values and mission to external partners.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure alignment and execution of global strategy initiatives.
  13. Consistently monitor and analyze data and metrics to measure the success of global strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and target markets to inform strategic decisions.
  15. Embrace and promote a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous learning within the global strategy team and across the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, International Relations, Or A Related Field
