As the Assistant Marketing Director, you will work closely with our Marketing Director to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that will elevate our brand and drive sales.   1. Collaborate with Marketing Director to develop and execute creative marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
  2. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including authors, media outlets, and bookstores.
  5. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, and incorporate them into marketing plans.
  7. Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as book covers, advertisements, and promotional items.
  8. Work closely with sales teams to develop effective strategies for promoting titles and increasing sales.
  9. Monitor and report on the success of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to meet goals and objectives.
  10. Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's mission and values both internally and externally.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, design, and publicity, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
  13. Attend industry events and conferences to network, stay informed, and represent the company.
  14. Uphold the company's brand standards and guidelines in all marketing efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Marketing Role, Preferably In The Book Publishing Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Social Media Platforms.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Marketing Campaigns, Including Budget Management And Roi Analysis.
