Job Description

As an Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support our team in driving data-driven insights and strategies to inform decision making across all areas of our business.   1. Provide administrative support to the Insights & Analytics team.
  2. Assist in gathering and organizing data from various sources.
  3. Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of information.
  4. Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and patterns.
  5. Participate in meetings and take detailed notes for reference.
  6. Collaborate with team members to develop data-driven insights and strategies.
  7. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis.
  8. Assist in creating reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  9. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular quality checks.
  10. Support the team in managing data collection and storage systems.
  11. Stay updated on new data analysis techniques and tools to continuously improve processes.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to gather necessary information.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and adhere to data privacy regulations.
  14. Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  15. Demonstrate a strong interest in books and the publishing industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Or Marketing.

  • 1-2 Years Of Experience In Market Research Or Data Analysis, Preferably In The Publishing Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, Or Google Analytics.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Data And Insights In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Highly Organized And Detail-Oriented, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
