- Manage the editorial process for assigned titles, including editing manuscripts, coordinating with authors and illustrators, and ensuring timely delivery of final materials.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform editorial decisions.
- Participate in brainstorming and planning meetings with the team to develop new ideas and strategies for the Spanish-language market.
