1. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies.
2. Attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting events at various universities and colleges to promote our company and job opportunities.
3. Coordinate and schedule campus visits, information sessions, and on-campus interviews.
4. Develop relationships with career services offices, student organizations, and other relevant groups to expand our reach and promote diversity.
5. Assist with creating and updating marketing materials and presentations to effectively represent our company and attract top talent.
6. Manage the application and selection process for campus recruitment, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
