- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies.
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting events at various universities and colleges to promote our company and job opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule campus visits, information sessions, and on-campus interviews.
- Develop relationships with career services offices, student organizations, and other relevant groups to expand our reach and promote diversity.
- Assist with creating and updating marketing materials and presentations to effectively represent our company and attract top talent.
- Manage the application and selection process for campus recruitment, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
- Monitor and track campus recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of our efforts and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and helpful communication and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Coordinate diversity and inclusion initiatives and events, such as diversity career fairs and diversity-focused workshops.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment and diversity outreach, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment and outreach activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.
Prior Experience In Campus Recruitment And Diversity Outreach, Preferably In A Publishing Or Media Company.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Network And Build Relationships With Diverse Groups.
Knowledge Of Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives And Strategies, With A Commitment To Promoting Diversity In The Workplace.
Familiarity With Recruitment Tools And Software, Such As Applicant Tracking Systems And Social Media Platforms.
