People Operations Specialist

Pegasystems is seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our team and help us create the best possible employee experience. As a People Operations Specialist, you will be a key member of the People Operations team, responsible for providing a broad range of operational support to our employees and HR teams.The ideal candidate will have a passion for people operations and experience in providing a high level of customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with HR teams to ensure employee satisfaction and efficient operations.
2. Provide customer service to employees on a daily basis.
3. Maintain accurate records of employee information, including benefits, payroll, and other data.
4. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations.
5. Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
6. Troubleshoot any employee issues or concerns.
7. Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and respectful manner.
8. Analyze employee feedback and present actionable insights to the HR team.
9. Ensure compliance with all HR regulations.
10. Maintain a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
