Read and interpret architectural and structural drawing sets and contract specifications for commercial building projects. Identify areas within drawing set that require further clarification and support the project team in the creation and processing of requests for information (RFIs). Detail drawings based on latest approved drawing sets as directed by manager or project team to support accurate design and constructability coordination, interpretation, and execution. Maintain organized and updated project drawing sets. Communicate effectively with project team, designers, consultants, and field staff. Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders. Use appropriate software to produce clear and concise detail work (CAD, Revit, Bluebeam, etc.). Works with field management and project management to produce work packages (pour package, lift drawings, etc.).
