Job Description

As a Surveyor, you will play a vital role in our construction projects by providing accurate and detailed measurements and data analysis.   1. Conduct accurate and detailed surveys of construction sites using various surveying techniques and technologies.
  2. Analyze survey data to create maps, plans, and reports for project teams.
  3. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate and complete survey data.
  4. Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Communicate with project managers and other team members to determine project needs and deadlines.
  6. Keep detailed records of survey data and provide regular progress reports to project teams.
  7. Identify potential issues or discrepancies in survey data and work with project teams to find solutions.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while conducting surveys on construction sites.
  9. Stay updated on industry advancements and new surveying technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Train and mentor junior surveyors on surveying techniques and company protocols.
  11. Manage surveying budget and expenses for projects.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to clients and stakeholders.
  13. Collaborate with other departments within the company to improve processes and procedures related to surveying.
  14. Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and make suggestions for increased efficiency.
  15. Adhere to company values and standards of excellence in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Surveying, Civil Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Land Surveying, Preferably In The Construction Industry.

  • Proficiency In Using Surveying Equipment Such As Total Stations, Gps, And Laser Levels.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Surveying Principles And Techniques, Including Boundary Determination And Construction Staking.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
