  1. Oversee and manage the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  3. Develop and maintain project schedules, including coordinating and sequencing activities to meet deadlines.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential delays or issues.
  5. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  6. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
  7. Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  8. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
  9. Manage project budgets and expenses, including tracking and reporting on costs and making adjustments as necessary.
  10. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Mentor and develop junior staff members to support their growth and development within the company.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continually improve project delivery.
  14. Represent PCL Construction in a professional and positive manner, maintaining the company's reputation for excellence and innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering Or Construction Management

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Construction, With At Least 5 Years In A Supervisory Role

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Construction Processes, Methods, And Materials

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Construction Projects

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Construction Professionals.
