  1. Oversee all on-site construction operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Provide strong leadership and direction to project team members, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  3. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on the job site.
  4. Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to ensure project goals and expectations are met.
  5. Create and maintain project schedules and ensure all work is completed according to the schedule.
  6. Monitor and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  7. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  8. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and work is being completed according to plans and specifications.
  9. Coordinate and oversee the delivery of materials and equipment to the job site.
  10. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress, including daily reports, change orders, and site photos.
  12. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate innovative techniques into construction processes.
  14. Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and promotes a culture of excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Construction Industry, With At Least 5 Years In A Supervisory Or Management Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Construction Processes, Methods, And Materials.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Commercial Construction Projects, With A Focus On Safety, Quality, And Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Project Teams, Subcontractors, And Clients.
