- Oversee all on-site construction operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to project team members, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on the job site.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to ensure project goals and expectations are met.
- Create and maintain project schedules and ensure all work is completed according to the schedule.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and work is being completed according to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of materials and equipment to the job site.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress, including daily reports, change orders, and site photos.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate innovative techniques into construction processes.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and promotes a culture of excellence.
Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Construction Industry, With At Least 5 Years In A Supervisory Or Management Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Construction Processes, Methods, And Materials.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Commercial Construction Projects, With A Focus On Safety, Quality, And Budget.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Project Teams, Subcontractors, And Clients.
