
Superintendent
Plan and implement construction means/methods, schedules, productivity innovations, and site logistics. Assist in the selection of field site personnel. Monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting, and productivity. On-site co-ordination of manpower, materials and equipment. Develop, monitor and execute the project construction plan and schedule. Supervise, train, coach and mentor field personnel. Organize and co-ordinate all subcontractor activities. Project close-out; responsible for final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work and site demolition. Ensure project materials and workmanship meet the project Quality Standards and Design requirements. Create site specific plans and procedures; ensures the implementation of PCL's Safety Program to create a safe work environment throughout the jobsite; adhere to the safety and record keeping requirements.
6+ year’s experience as a Project Superintendent
Experience on commercial construction building projects of $10M+
Must be willing to relocate to project locations
