- Lead the development of winning proposals for high-profile projects.
- Collaborate with various teams and departments to gather necessary information and incorporate it into proposals.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Create compelling and persuasive written content that effectively communicates the company's capabilities and value proposition.
- Review and edit proposals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company branding and messaging.
- Utilize project management skills to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve proposal development processes.
- Engage in proactive communication with clients to gather feedback and incorporate it into future proposals.
- Mentor and train junior proposal specialists to develop their skills and contribute to the team's success.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain a library of proposal templates, graphics, and other resources.
- Participate in proposal debriefs and implement lessons learned to continuously improve proposal development strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to build relationships and promote our services.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Proposal Development And Management Within The Construction Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Construction Industry Best Practices And Terminology.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Coordinating Multiple Proposals Simultaneously, Meeting Strict Deadlines And Delivering High-Quality Submissions.
