Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Proposal Development For A Construction Or Engineering Company.
Strong Understanding Of The Construction Industry And Proposal Processes.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
Experience Leading And Managing A Team, Including Coordinating With Multiple Stakeholders And Meeting Tight Deadlines.
