Job Description

As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful and timely completion of our projects by creating and maintaining project schedules.   1. Create and maintain project schedules for all ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
  2. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop and update project schedules.
  3. Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or issues, proactively adjusting schedules as needed.
  4. Communicate schedule updates and changes to project team members and stakeholders.
  5. Identify critical paths and potential risks to project timelines, and work with team to develop mitigation plans.
  6. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  7. Regularly review and analyze project schedules to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates on project progress and schedule to project managers and senior leadership.
  9. Ensure compliance with project deadlines and milestones, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to scheduling and project management.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with project team members and stakeholders.
  12. Demonstrate a commitment to quality and excellence in all work performed.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational Skills: A Scheduler At Pcl Construction Must Be Able To Effectively Manage And Prioritize Multiple Projects, Tasks, And Deadlines.

  • Proficiency In Scheduling Software: The Ability To Use Scheduling Software, Such As Primavera P6 Or Microsoft Project, Is A Crucial Qualification For This Role.

  • Construction Industry Experience: A Deep Understanding Of The Construction Industry, Including Project Phases, Timelines, And Dependencies, Is Essential For A Scheduler At Pcl Construction.
