Your exceptional writing and communication skills, combined with your understanding of the construction industry, will be key in helping us win new business.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal development within the construction industry.   1. Develop strategic and competitive proposals for potential projects.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand project requirements and client needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and input for proposals.
  4. Write and edit compelling and persuasive proposal content that effectively communicates PCL's capabilities and value proposition.
  5. Ensure accuracy and consistency of proposal content, including technical details and pricing information.
  6. Manage the proposal development process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and meeting proposal deadlines.
  7. Continuously improve and update proposal templates, content, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in proposal development.
  9. Act as a point of contact for proposal-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to team members.
  10. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of proposals.
  11. Communicate and present proposals to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
  12. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and other business development initiatives.
  13. Adhere to company branding and messaging guidelines in all proposal materials.
  14. Represent PCL Construction in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Complete other duties as assigned by the business development team or management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Proposal Development Within The Construction Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Construction Project Management And Relevant Bidding Processes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Submitting Winning Proposals.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
