- Lead and oversee the successful execution of diverse construction projects for PCL Construction.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, resources, and quality control.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure they are followed and updated as needed.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage project changes and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
- Mentor and lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Analyze project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure project completion within the specified timeline and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project success.
- Represent PCL Construction in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Construction Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Clients, Subcontractors, And Other Stakeholders.
Extensive Knowledge Of Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Primavera P6, Procore, And Microsoft Project.
