- Oversee and manage the successful completion of construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project contracts and ensure all parties are meeting their obligations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Mentor and provide guidance to project team members.
- Continuously look for ways to improve project processes and efficiencies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management.
- Uphold the company's values and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management In The Construction Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Construction Processes, Methods, And Materials.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Construction Projects From Start To Finish.
