- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Monitor project progress and report any potential delays or issues to project managers.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and contracts.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project plans.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Facilitate the procurement process by obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, and issuing purchase orders.
- Track project expenses and prepare regular budget reports for project managers.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure project deliverables meet company standards.
- Assist in the resolution of any project-related disputes or conflicts.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project coordination.
- Mentor and train junior project coordinators and administrative staff.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Project Coordination Or Management.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
Proficiency In Project Management Software And Microsoft Office.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Team Members And Clients.
