  1. Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  3. Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
  4. Monitor project progress and report any potential delays or issues to project managers.
  5. Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and contracts.
  6. Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project plans.
  7. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  8. Facilitate the procurement process by obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, and issuing purchase orders.
  9. Track project expenses and prepare regular budget reports for project managers.
  10. Conduct quality control checks to ensure project deliverables meet company standards.
  11. Assist in the resolution of any project-related disputes or conflicts.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project coordination.
  13. Mentor and train junior project coordinators and administrative staff.
  14. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Project Coordination Or Management.
