Project Accountant Intern

1. Assist with project financial management by maintaining accurate records and performing financial analysis.
2. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing.
3. Prepare and submit financial reports, including budget vs. actual analysis, to project stakeholders.
4. Monitor and track project expenses, ensuring they are within budget and in compliance with company policies.
5. Review and reconcile project budgets and identify any discrepancies or issues.
6. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.
7. Conduct audits of project accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
8. Communicate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
9. Support the project team in analyzing financial data and making recommendations for cost-saving measures.
10. Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial records and information.
11. Stay updated on industry developments and trends related to construction accounting.
