  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all recruitment needs within the company.
  3. Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and culture fit for PCL Construction.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best recruitment practices.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, universities, and other recruitment sources.
  6. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
  7. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure consistency and excellence in the recruitment process.
  9. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  10. Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  11. Ensure compliance with all recruitment laws and regulations.
  12. Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  13. Represent PCL Construction at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to streamline and optimize efficiency.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for PCL Construction and promote our company as an employer of choice.
