- Develop and implement strategies for integrating construction technology into all phases of projects.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest construction technology trends and innovations, and make recommendations for adoption within the company.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify technology needs and ensure proper implementation and use on all projects.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all technology-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to team members to promote proper use of technology tools and software.
- Work closely with the company's IT department to ensure seamless integration of construction technology with existing systems and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology solutions, and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technology partners to ensure access to the latest products and services.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation and reports on technology usage and effectiveness.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes through the use of technology, and provide recommendations to management.
Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Construction Project Management, With A Focus On Integrated Construction Technology.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Construction Technology Systems, Including Building Information Modeling (Bim), Virtual Design And Construction (Vdc), And Project Management Software.
Proven Ability To Lead And Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Project Stakeholders.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Innovative Solutions To Improve Construction Processes And Efficiency.
