- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on all HR related matters.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address key HR needs and challenges.
- Conduct thorough analysis of HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of HR best practices and proactively suggest improvements to current processes.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
- Stay up-to-date with local and national employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and employee development.
- Partner with finance and payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information and payroll.
- Continuously monitor and improve employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process and procedure improvements within the HR department.
- Serve as a role model and champion of the company's values and culture.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment in HR practices across the organization.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Business Partnering Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Best Practices And Employment Laws.
Ability To Build Strong Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Employees, Managers, And Senior Leaders.
