  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on all HR related matters.
  3. Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address key HR needs and challenges.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of HR best practices and proactively suggest improvements to current processes.
  6. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
  7. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  8. Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
  9. Stay up-to-date with local and national employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
  10. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and employee development.
  11. Partner with finance and payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information and payroll.
  12. Continuously monitor and improve employee engagement and retention strategies.
  13. Proactively identify opportunities for process and procedure improvements within the HR department.
  14. Serve as a role model and champion of the company's values and culture.
  15. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment in HR practices across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Business Partnering Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Best Practices And Employment Laws.

  • Ability To Build Strong Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Employees, Managers, And Senior Leaders.
