1. Conduct safety inspections and audits on job sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of safety training programs for employees.
3. Review and update safety policies and procedures to ensure they align with industry standards and best practices.
4. Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to identify and address safety concerns.
5. Conduct incident investigations and prepare reports, making recommendations for prevention of similar incidents in the future.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety and environmental compliance.
7. Monitor and track safety metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
8. Participate in safety meetings and communicate safety updates to employees.
