  1. Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures in accordance with company and industry standards.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  3. Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential safety risks on construction sites.
  4. Assist in the investigation of incidents and accidents, and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Help develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and subcontractors.
  6. Monitor and track safety performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in health, safety, and environmental management.
  8. Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives and promote a culture of sustainability within the company.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture.
  10. Assist in the preparation and submission of required safety reports and documentation.
  11. Participate in safety meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement.
  12. Conduct research and analysis to support the development of new safety policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety activities.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environmental management.
  15. Act as a role model for safety by following all safety protocols and encouraging others to do the same.

Job Qualifications
  • Pursuing A Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience Or Coursework In Workplace Safety And Environmental Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Colleagues And Stakeholders.

  • Familiarity With Industry-Specific Software And Tools, Such As Ms Office And Safety Management Systems.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Skills.
